Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Orchid Beauty. We value your trust and satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items purchased from OrchidBeauty.shop.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used beauty products (due to hygiene reasons).

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions via email on how and where to send your product.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If your refund is delayed, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times can vary.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at support@orchidbeauty.shop within 7 days of delivery.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
After the order is processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@orchidbeauty.shop with your order number.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send a photo or video of the item and packaging to support@orchidbeauty.shop — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@orchidbeauty.shop.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
