1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your purchase is complete.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Metro Cities (India): 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations (India): 5–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your products reach you safely and on time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2 days, please contact us at support@orchidbeauty.shop.

5. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@orchidbeauty.shop before your order is shipped.
Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders.
However, if your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@orchidbeauty.shop with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier or offer a replacement/refund as applicable.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
We plan to expand international shipping soon—stay tuned for updates!
